Rental Rates

Rates are for a maximum of five people (either three individuals or two couples and a child or adult) and include tax and electricity as well as logs for the wood burning stove.

Terms & Conditions

Our minimum booking in the high season (June – September) is seven nights unless there is a gap in our schedule or at the last minute.

Short breaks (minimum two nights) may be taken in the low season (October – May).

You may begin your booking on any day of the week that suits you.

Check in time is 3pm; check out time is 11am.

We ask for a one third deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is due eight weeks before your holiday is due to begin.

You may also pay by direct transfer. Details provided on request.

American visitors please note that if you send US dollars an adjustment including bank charges may be necessary. This can be paid in cash in Canadian dollars when you arrive.

We will send you our Notes for Visitors as soon as your booking is confirmed. This contains all the information you need to know about the house including directions.
